Products and orders

Please review the selected size, finish, voltage, bulb requirements and dimensions before placing an order. Product photographs may vary slightly from the appearance on your screen. Natural materials can have individual variations. Contact us if a specification needed for your installation is not stated. Hardwired lights should be installed by a suitably qualified electrician.

Prices and payment

Store prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The final order total, applicable tax and shipping charges are displayed before payment. If we discover an error affecting an order, we will contact you to resolve it, including offering a refund where appropriate.

Complete your room sets

Each named room set contains the three specified lamps in the listed finishes and quantities. The set price is 10% below their combined individual prices at the time the offer is configured, rounded to the nearest cent. The saving is included in the set price and does not require a discount code. Please buy the named set to receive this price; adding three separate products does not automatically create a set. Any additional discount is subject to its own eligibility rules.
